Hello and welcome to the 2026-2027 VHS Tennis Team!
Please read through all of the information in this email and feel free to reach out with any questions. This email contains what you need to order uniforms - further team information will be communicated in future emails this summer. SAVE THE DATE for the MANDATORY PARENT ZOOM MEETING on MONDAY, 8/3, at 6pm.
Our goal is to make sure our team arrives at all matches and tournaments looking like a team and proudly showing our Vandegrift team spirit. Leander ISD has a NEW CONTRACT WITH ADIDAS and all of our competition wear must be ADIDAS. Many of the items your athlete needs will come to you via the booster club, however you need to personally order your athlete's uniforms.
Since last year our uniforms were NIKE, ALL ATHLETES need to ORDER NEW ADIDAS UNIFORMS THIS YEAR.
The best time to order is RIGHT NOW. The inventory dwindles with all teams ordering as we get further into the summer - so prompt ordering is your best bet (and avoids a big hassle of trying to find the pieces in stock elsewhere).
Athletes need to wear their uniform for TEAM PHOTOS on 8/14, so please order ASAP.
Uniforms - TOPS ONLY - must be taken to BIG FROG CUSTOM T-SHIRTS, 8300 Ranch Road 620 N, Unit D-400, Austin, TX 78726 for the appropriate logos to be applied at a cost of $15 girls tank/$28 boys shirt per piece. They are expecting you and know what to do with the items when you bring them in.

The Tennis Warehouse discount code can be used for your uniform AND any other apparel/shoes you wish to purchase at 30% off. This CODE EXPIRES ON 6/30/26, after that date, we will need to get a new code and will communicate that to you.

Don't forget! Once you have received your uniforms - take the tops only to BIG FROG for them to print the logos on them. Big Frog is open Mon-Fri (not weekends) and usually needs several days to turn them around.
